- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to cook for large amounts, We come from large families and decided why not help others enjoy what we love so much.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings are our Most common. We have experience in many events from a romantic night for two to a Wedding for 500. We also offer holiday meals and Frozen meals.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently done a young couples wedding. It was beautiful. We included entrees veggies, bread drinks and even wedding cake and Wedding punch for less than $600.00. The Wedding was completely pork free. Since this Wedding many guest have contacted me to make additional sides and cakes just on a personal request.
