Unprofessional Attorney, Accepted Retainer, No Bill after first court date, No contact for 3 months from emails or phone calls, and No show for court. Caused my case to be delayed severely, misrepresented the case to court, failed to file motions that were paid for, and failed to file case in the correct court. NO SHOW for court, did not even respond to the Judge when he called. Filed complaint with Bar awaiting Response. Be ware this lawyer is a waste of your money. She is so Pathetic that she rips of veterans who work hard for the money and cannot afford to throw away several thousand dollars down the drain. Complete scum with no integrity, morals, and might as well be the lowest piece of life.

My experience with Ms. Howell was fantastic. I didn't look forward to working with an attorney, as I've been ripped off in the past, but Rachelle was kind and honest. She is the best attorney that I've ever dealt with.

Rachelle is the best personal injury attorney in Louisville. I didn't know if I would receive any money for my case but she got me so much more than i dreamed of. I am thrilled that i chose her as my attorney.
