I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I feel it's necessary. I hired Rob to rebuild a set of deck stairs and reinforce some weak supports. I chose them even though their quote was slightly higher than another because they offered full-service, including hauling away the old deck wood. They were very responsive before and during the job, and I was optimistic. However, halfway through the project, I noticed that the craftsmanship was not up to par. I expressed my concerns, and they assured me they would fix the issues and "make me happy", so I let them continue. After completing the work and only hauling away half of the old deck, they promised to return in 2 days to pick up the rest, but it's been a week and a half with no pickup. They have also stopped responding to my messages. I'm frustrated by the poor quality of work and their failure to follow through. I'll update my review if they pick up the wood, but as it stands, I cannot recommend them for any jobs.

your giving me a bad review for not picking up your wood we did the job u requested and you told us you was happy with the work.. I don't lie about my work my picture shows for the quality of our work. and I strive to make my clients happy. I normally pick up the wood I'm supposed to haul away.
