He also had an apprentice with him, and it was great to see him take the time to explain things while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I called them about the light being out in my main bathroom. Other businesses had weeklong waiting times, or a charge to come out look at it and give me an estimate. Mr. Electric had someone out the next day and had no charge to look at the problem and give me an estimate. Shaun, the electrician, was punctual, polite, and professional. He did a great job for a reasonable price and I am very satisfied with the service I got.
