- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're small jobs specialists. Hourly billing is $35 for the first hour. If the job takes longer it's only $20 for each additional hour. You should not hire bigger projects by the hour. We can provide a firm quote for labor and materials once we view the project and determine materials desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important is to determine what the client wants and what they expect the contractor to accomplish. Once we agree what is to be done, we can schedule a start time convenient to their schedule and estimate a completion time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Served as a claims adjuster for a major insurer ( You must know how to build a house to know how to repair damages) Previously was an estimator for local construction/remod-eling company.
