- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more details you provide the more accurate the quote will be. The initial estimate is just that ... an estimate. You may require more or less work, so let’s talk about your needs and see how we can help
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre-Covid I like to visit the space to get a clear understanding of what the customers needs are. While in the pandemic in an effort to minimize the chance of getting or passing the virus all quotes were done virtually. I relied on the customer to give a detailed description of the size and frequency of the job so that I was able to give them the most accurate quote. Currently customers have the option of in home or virtual estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I raised 3 kids, that required me to wear many hats...housekeeper/chef were just a few of them. I also regularly research and educate myself on new products and techniques. And I have worked in commercial cleaning as well.
