Our mission is to provide you with exceptional Notarial and Wedding Officiant services within the great States of Kentucky and Indiana. My sister is unable to travel and we needed a notary that would come to her house. It was a Friday afternoon and we needed it done quickly so we could get to the court house. I found Black Ink Notary on google it did not list Breckenridge county but I took a chance and called. Shalimar answered the phone I told her of our needs and she was here in about an hour. I had called another notary and they wanted 350.00 to come notarize 2 papers. Shalimar's rate was 80.00 for the 2 papers notorized and travel cost which was approximately 130 miles. She was very professional, efficient and a pleasure to meet. With Covid running rampant she is a blessing to those of us in need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The notarization fee is $5 per person per signature. Travel fees are non-refundable. Witnesses can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to make your transaction as smooth and quick as possible I will inform you on any necessary documentation needed for the notarization.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Notary Association and Notary2Pro.
