FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to every inquiry quickly — usually within minutes. I confirm appointment details upfront including location, document type, and number of signers. I prepare thoroughly before every appointment so I arrive ready. At the signing I verify identity with a valid government-issued photo ID, review each document carefully, witness all signatures, and complete every notarization accurately. I treat every client with professionalism and discretion regardless of the size of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a freshly commissioned Kentucky Notary Public — Commission #KYNP113675, Jefferson County, valid through April 2030. I hold my NNA Notary Signing Agent certification and have completed NNA background screening. I carry Errors and Omissions insurance. My professional background includes years of HR and healthcare administration in hospice and palliative care — experience that taught me how to handle sensitive documents, work with people under pressure, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent years working in HR and healthcare administration in hospice and palliative care. In that role I regularly saw how critical it is for people to have properly notarized documents — powers of attorney, advance directives, and legal paperwork — especially during life’s most important moments. That experience inspired me to become a commissioned Kentucky Notary Public and earn my NNA Signing Agent certification so I could serve my community directly.
