Introduction: I strive to make my images the best possible. I don't shoot snapshots, anyone with a camera can do that. I create images that create an emotional response. I want the images to represent the Best of your subject. "Pictures say a 1,000 words... Great images don't have to say a thing". ...Steven Bullock, Photographer I will travel, in most cases, anywhere in the country and have done so. I also shoot quickly and can build a team if necessary. And guess what...I am Always prepared and Always on time! I am also a Certified (commonly referred to as "licensed") FAA Part 107 "Drone" Remote Pilot. I am insured. "A skilled photographer with a drone." I will create magic for you! Creating images that spark emotional responses or at a minimum, capturing attention, is important to me. I will almost never be the cheapest, but I will always be committed to do my best with my experienced skillset. Anyone can buy a camera; an artist creates the image you want to represent you. In marketing Image is everything. In my samples and in my website(s) you will see various edit techniques used. I demonstrate shooting and editing from "Natural" to "High Saturation" (No HDR shown), to blended images and stitched images. Whatever style you want or need...I can create it. For Marketing Pros, Investment Companies, Brokers, anyone needing great images; I shoot Hotels, Shopping Centers, Offices, Product, Construction, Residential and Industrial. Basically ALL categories except Weddings. I Don't do weddings. I enjoy creating images that are substantial in content and intent. I enjoy finding the right shot, from posing to angles. I have been shooting professionally since 2007 and love helping people and businesses. I understand as a former Senior level Advertising Sales Manager and Account Manager what the images can do for you when you have great shots to work with. I also know how lesser shot's can at a minimum detract for your brand. So why not do the best we can to create those images that make you want to look at them! That's what I do. No glorified snap shots here. Only images built to enhance your brand or to help you present your property in it's best light. I can offer 4 levels of Shoots for you. SERVICES PACKAGES --- BASIC: is common and most competitive pricing; minimum required number of solid images shot in jpg. with Basic edit and for crop. GOOD: The same as BASIC but with added shots and shot in RAW and jpg. PREMIUM: Good pricing with all shots in RAW with jpg, your shot list and I add my artistic view as well. I will create IMPACT IMAGES that specifically fit your Branding or at a minimum your corporate "Tone". OPEN: Specific Project Oriented with Artistic development, working intensely with ad or marketing professionals as an extension of their mindset. As-Needed. UAV (Drone): This is as needed and quoted for each site. STILLS and/or Video. Simple video edits included usually unless an exception is made (usually when someone wants a BASIC and has their own editing person). Complex edits will be at an additional hourly fee with a minimum (quoted at the time of the proposal). FAA Requires safe flying, and provides guidelines for this. I adhere to ALL FAA Guidelines/Rules.

Real Estate and Architectural Photography

Steven was a dream to work with! Our company hired him after our scheduled photographer canceled 3 days before the shoot. His positive and reassuring demeanor put us all at ease, and working with him on the day of the shoot was wonderful. He has an excellent eye for architectural and lifestyle photography, and has no trouble taking the lead while giving respect and space for requests and input. Definitely recommend Steven to anyone!

Real Estate and Architectural Photography

Steve was totally awesome and very professional through the entire process. I cannot say enough in this short review to adequately express how pleased we were with him and his work. He responded and communicated with us very quickly and every-step of the way with his quote, confirming appt., when he was on his way, and when photos were ready. Steve took photos of our home in preparation of selling it and they were absolutely beautiful. Actually, made me question the decision to sell! If we ever need a great photographer in the future we will call him without a doubt!!!

What to say about Steven? Well he was amazing!!! You cannot go wrong with the choice to hire him. He made sure that I made all of the necessary arrangements whether it was staging, weather or lighting. He had it covered! Very easy to work with and scheduling the shoot. He arrived as a stranger and left as a friend. After spending over 17 hours in one day you would have though we would have been tired of each other, but we ended that day with a smile and dancing to some awesome music. I feel that not only did I get some GORGEOUS photos out of it, but I learned a lot about cameras, music, and photography. He's a gem!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't have a standard because every shoot is different. I would like to discuss details first, then quote a fee. I won't always be the cheapest, but I am always striving to be the best. And...."Best" is worth more to all of us. I can shoot quickly and basic with high quality per specs, or when given a reasonable budget I can create magic. I travel quite a lot and sometime there are some added costs OR sometimes I can locate other gigs at "distance" shoots and able to keep my pricing within budgets. We commit a great deal of time (years) in training, money in gear (thousands) and commit our artistry to create the image that represents you in the best light. Some people think of only price. Price is important, but consider expanding your budget some to get the Best images done by the better artists.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to discuss in detail what my clients need. How much input they want and I will create a plan for us to follow. Setting expectations clearly. Then we can move forward and enjoy the shoot with little stress. I also communicate each step in the process, from arriving to the completion and then delivering expectations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was personally mentored for over 3 years by Jerry Howell a former (1960's) NYU Photography Instructor in Still and Cinematography. I have been shooting for years but got seriously committed to it 2007.
