I flash the openings. I insulate voids and cavity's, I just do not cover them up. I re install alarms on doors and windows if possible. (some have to be done by alarm co.) My price is firm. I finish the job and your home is secure. I will take the time to point out any unusual situations that may have been hidden. Figuring things out. I have put in many doors and windows where others said it could not be done! Double door removed for new door and sidelights units. Size is usually not a problem. I have been in the door and window business for more than 30 years in the manufacturing, production, retail, and installation aspects.

I heard him yesterday first they came out and looked at my windows I needed a cheap price so I asked if he could just replace the Rope inside the windows he came out the next day and did the windows perfect job I would hire him again very nice person very professional I am tickled to death good price

Not really. Every door and window is unique. I prefer to inspect the job and ask questions, measure and return a firm price via e-mail. Usually within a few days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pay for material up front. Do not want any labor money until the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over thirty years experience with doors and windows. K & I lumber, Boland Maloney Lumber, working with contractors and doing my own installations.
