- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really. Every door and window is unique. I prefer to inspect the job and ask questions, measure and return a firm price via e-mail. Usually within a few days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pay for material up front. Do not want any labor money until the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over thirty years experience with doors and windows. K & I lumber, Boland Maloney Lumber, working with contractors and doing my own installations.
