My favorite type of continuing education is market research. I travel, eat at wonderful restaurants, and interface with other chefs to keep abreast of the latest trends in the culinary world. It's a delicious way to improve one's repertoire!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding receptions. Retirement functions. Private parties and dinners. Corporate functions such as business opening events, seminars, client development functions and corporate employee parties.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That having delicious, healthy, local and regionally sourced food does not have to involve a huge, monetary investment.
