- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will listen to your ideas and only then will we offer our advice and input. If an idea is not feasible, we will explain why and offer a different idea.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years working in residential electric services. We look forward to working with new customers to accommodate any ideas or projects you have. If you are not happy with our services you do not pay us. Simple as that. We never ask for money up front as some do. This is not professional and we will not ask for it. We look forward to working with you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not do business with anyone who pressures you to pay up front.
