I have savored many of the delectable catering stylings of this fine establishment and Chef. As a personal chef Sonya was very professional. She came to my home in uniform, transformed the ingredients in my kitchen to culinary delights for me and my children until it was no longer in our family's budget. We then ordered our favorite desserts from time to time. Service was always prompt, and professional. Your palate will thank you for your patronage!
I've also enjoyed large events in which she catered (on a shoestring budget). She's ServSafe certified with culinary training. You owe it to yourself to try some desserts, or hire her for your next event! It will definitley step up the affair.

We had a sister tea I asked for finger sandwiches and sweet treats that would peer well with different teas although this was a little out of the box for Sonya she excited my expectations I know she would do well but ever appetizer made you want more. You can see and taste the care she she put into her food

I have had the luxury of tasting several desserts from Tiger Len's Shuga Shack. Every item that I chose was delicious. The red velvet cake was one of THE best that I have ever tasted. I wanted my friends to sample it; however I wanted to consume it all myself. Each item seems to be prepared with something special. I don't know what, but these desserts stand out among others that I have eaten. Each person owes it to themselves to have a dessert from this establishment, at least once in their life-time. I guarantee you if you try one item that you will not stop there!
