- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base pricing is shown, however costs may increase depending on additional services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a face to face or at least a telephone conversation with prospective clients before agreeing on services. We will continue to help our clients plan for their event up to the event day itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Past experience operating a DJ/Karaoke service in Chicago. Continual education through workshops, forums, videos and reading materials as well as networking with other DJ's.
