My daughter has had three lessons with Lisa so far. She is enjoying her new knowledge so much that she took her guitar to school and taught the class about the anatomy of the instrument, and shared what she learned about notes so far. Lisa stresses the importance of practice and gives homework to ensure that the child is progressing. You absolutely will get your money's worth from Lisa's lessons. Oh, and from my child's prospective when asked, she said "Ms. Lisa is really nice" and smiled.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regardless of the number of weeks in a month I charge a monthly tuition based on lesson length, which entitles each student to one weekly lesson. I find that this helps to elevate confusion when submitting each tuition payment. 30-minute lessons are $100/month, 45-minute lessons are $120/month, and 60-minute lessons are $140/month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Yearly goals are discussed, so that I can effectively tailor my instruction for each student's learning ability/needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified music teacher.
