Introduction: The quality of the products we serve are second to none. Also we allow Ala Carte Menu creation, in that, you can mix and match any items with others to develop your final menu. Also we take into account your budget and will never suggest something that is not in your price range. In the twenty five years of being involved in Culinary Arts, I have never had a bad day at work. I am deeply passionate about food and genuine southern hospitality. I want my clients to feel that they have gotten more than their moneys worth every time.

Totally awesome. Jeff catered a wedding rehearsal dinner for me and he knew exactly what I wanted and it was great. I will definetly use him again.

Jeff is reliable, creative, and responsive. He has catered several events for me at my home including my wedding; a bridesmaid luncheon; a retirement party and a baby shower. Jeff is attentive to the style, presentation and theme that the occasion required. He has also helped me with physician office gifts for the holidays and the offices have been very complimentary.

Food was excellent! Pays a lot of attention to detail. Customer thought very important. Everything was perfect as expected! Wouldn't change anything and would highly recommend to others. The food and cake were amazing. Guests from the wedding commented about how good the food was! I was very impressed!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a wedding reception for 225 people and it was a huge success. The bride, a friend of ours, was absolutely thrilled with the job and it was exactly what she had envisioned.
