- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated about my pricing system. I charge per service, and I will let you know what that service is so you won't be stuck not knowing what it's going to cost you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed being challenged and fixing things, such as my own computers when I have issues.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for somebody to work on your computer, be sure that they aren't going to install anything on your computer without letting you know and be sure to ask upfront on all costs because you don't want to be hit with any hidden costs. That's why I inform my customers before I do anything that could increase their costs.
