- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working on my BS in Holistic Health as well as certifications in Anti-Aging and Homeopathy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to become a nutrition consultant and holistic health practitioner because I was once in your shoes- overweight (borderline obese), infertile, depressed, had IBS, etc etc and when I found out that my diet was the cause of most of it, I made changes which healed my body. I then decided that I wanted to help others go through the same transformation that I did!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish people would understand that there is no quick fix- no pill, lotion, cream, etc is ever going to do for your health what diet and lifestyle changes and the right attitude can do.
