Mr Mobley was very professional and attentive to the project. He came in with a few short questions to assess the situation. He finished the installation of 6 light switches in half the time I thought it would taken him. Most impressive was that he was overly accommodating. Not to say this would happen for anyone else but within 3 hours of connecting with him. He was able to fit me in the same day. I am very grateful for this also he explains the process before and during the installation. Finally he triple checks his work before he is finished with the project. I will be using him again on other electrical projects in the not to distant future.

I was in a crunch for time and he was quick to respond and meet w/ me. The agreement was for dropping ceiling outlet down, updating switch and outlet in new bathroom, moving ceiling wires through boards(removed drop ceiling and prep for drywaller) and replacing 2 light fixtures. He came(5:30ish) to access and get $ for materials which I gave him. He said he would go get materials and helper and be back. After many hours I called him and asked if he wanted to come in the am, he consistently said he was almost done and heading my way soon. I call again around 930pm and told him to wait, but he kept assured me it wouldn't take long. He showed up and worked as I kept trying to get my tools he could use to prevent him from going back to store. He did install the light fixtures, which I love, fed a few wires through the boards, but after 3amish I told him politely to leave. I help my mom care for my handicap brother and they both refused to sleep until he left. Being a female, and the hour it was I completely see why. Instead of dropping my ceiling outlet, he cut the wall but couldn't drop it, even tho I told him to just run along the wall and I would tack it later. He didn't want.to do it so he cut the wire and capped the wires. He never gave me a receipt and didn't complete the job of replacing outlets and switches in bathroom. I harldy EVER give harsh reviews, but felt I needed to make it known, so he can learn from it and improve. He is a nice guy and believe he meant well, but dropped the ball. Already paid him for the job and don't have any of the "materials" he bought to finish it myself. He agreed to come back on the Oct 2nd, but did not show up or call. I then messaged again asking if he planned on finishing or if I need to make other arrangements? He assured me he would be here on Oct 11th, but no contact or show up. I decided that at 430 I'd send a message telling him I'd close the job in TT. I wish him well, but very disappointed and feel ripped off. ***Will update my review if he attempts to make things right by refunding some of the money.***

I’m sorry you felt that way I waited on you to properly reach out in reasonable time you took weeks to reach out I gave her all details about every little and big things that had to be done gettin material is always time consuming considering getting what you need electrical work is a thought process not a grab and go
