Erica Moore is very professional and very knowledgable of cooking and cleaning techniques. Erica is very dependable, time management is at the top of the list. Erica take pride in not only cooking but in presentation of a dish or dishes. Erica brings her own cleaning tools, dresses in a professional uniform and has a business card. Erica has prepared meals for my husband and I in which is properly stored for refrigeration and/or freezer in our home. The food is very tasty, and enjoyed. Erica has cleaned our home and we were truly satisfied with the end results. I personally have recommended Erica's CJ's Cooking and Cleaning to my friends, relatives and co-workers, and church members.

Erica came to my house and prepared dinner for me and my family. It was excellent. The taste, the aroma and the flavor. I can't wait until Thanksgivings ( she'll be preparing dinner). She is truly God sent. I wish her much success.
