Sublime was incredibly responsive to my inquiry and had me scheduled very quickly. The crew arrived on time, was courteous, meticulous and tidy.
They found a problem unrelated to my original request when they took out the old subfloor and fixed it without hesitation.

From removal of the old sink, countertops, under-counter lighting, and backsplash to the installation of the new, Sublime's quality workmanship, work ethics, and friendly service made for a very pleasant mini-remodel of my kitchen.The "old" kitchen had black textured laminate countertops and backsplashes which were a pain to clean and made my already-small kitchen look even smaller. We originally were going to keep the double stainless sink, but the apron one looks SO much better.As an aside, my photos really don't really paint an adequate picture of how absolutely lovely the project turned out.Would I choose this company if I had to do it all over again? You betcha!

We had our upstairs stair wall extended from a half wall to the ceiling, and overall we were very happy with the outcome. The team was professional, personable, dedicated, and got the job done quickly at a very fair price.For the scope of work and the cost, this was an excellent value. The finished wall looks great and the added insulation made a noticeable difference. There were a few minor cosmetic touch-ups needed (took less than 30 minutes to fix), but nothing unexpected for a project like this and 100% reasonable given the price point.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solid workmanship, honest pricing, and a straightforward remodeling experience.Also, Ashley, the scheduler, is the best and so kind.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer contractor discount pricing. We also offer very fair and competitive rates. We have a very experienced team of professionals, as well as we only use the best materials. All of our cabinets come with a manufacturers warranty, as does our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically would set a time to have the customer meet us at our showroom or at their home, so we can get measurements and more of an understanding of what they want done. From there we work up a price quote and provide 3D renderings for customer approval.
