Very professional and nice but also pushed me to get through my workout the first day. After a fit test and two full sessions, I'm hoping to be with TG Fitness long-term; we're a great fit from my end! Everything I've heard and done aligns almost perfectly with my ideas about reaching my goal of a healthier, stronger, slimmer me. Tyler knows his stuff and is just the right kind of motivator. He's patient and flexible, and has thus far been exactly what I am looking for in a trainer. I was planning to get a few more sessions under my belt before reviewing, but I don't see my opinion changing anytime soon. No point in waiting!

I had originally signed up so that I could gain the physical foundations for fight readiness. However, I received so much more than I expected. Adam has meticulously selected a set of regimes that would both push me physically and psychologically. I never thought that I would be able to turn over a tractor wheel. I never thought that I would be able to do 200+ pushups in a single workout. I never thought that I would be able to change my body beyond a certain limit. In all of that, Adam has shown me that limits can be overcome with hard work and grit. And lots of hydration. Thanks, Adam. I look forward to encountering my next threshold and overcoming that with your guidance.
