We are making our crews available to help in the flood recovery work. We can perform almost all clean up and demolition work including sheet rock and insulation removal, carpet and other floor removal, and disinfecting to prevent mold and mildew, removal of all debris. We are fully insured. This work is in addition to the work we now offer through Thumbtack: stone and tile installation, and concrete work. To help with flood relief in south Louisiana. We are fully insured.

Stone or Tile Flooring Installation

The design and stone from Bella Dura/Architectural Creations are more than we ever expected. The stone they used is harvested and imported from Mexico and is very unique with a variety of limestone types that give various colorations and texture to the designs. The stone is millions of years old and provides an old world look with a modern design. It is very cool to the feet on hot summer days unlike slate which we have used in the past. All the work is amazing and our project is beautiful! They went above and beyond over seeing our project in conjunction with the landscape architect and pool builder. I would definitely consider their stone as an option when doing any type of project involving stone. Sincerely, Ben Babin

Grout lines uneven. I had to ask them to use spacers. They did fix most of those but not all. Floor not leveled before installation so some tiles are uneven. Jagged lines cut around door frames instead of going under door frames. When I called to express my concerns about the uneven grout lines Robert told me that he didn't see anything wrong with the pictures I sent and that I wouldn't be able to tell after it was grouted. I parted ways with this company and still payed them for the 1/2 of the job that was completed. Wish I could attach pictures.

Client tried to micromanage very experienced and very excellent masons with knowledge she gained on the internet with no real understanding of she was saying. No one will be able to satisfy this client especially for the price she wants to pay.

Contacted them through Thumbtack, where supposedly they were available. After sending us a quote and setting a time to come to the house to plan the project, they cancelled on us, saying they were too busy. They advertised as helping recent flood victims, of which we are one, so we really did not appreciate them cancelling on us. Don't respond to my request for information and lead me to believe you are going to take my job and then cancel on me!
