Doug was so nice to work with. He took my small project seriously and communicated with me constantly about the plan. He even helped me deal with my not-so-friendly neighbor that did not want to move his car to allow his team access to my yard! He went above any beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, happily let me last minute request a curved edge, and even helped me recapture some of the stone I had initially let his team haul off. Everyone that’s seen my new patio has been so impressed. Thank you, Doug!

Doug gave me a honest quote and opinion on the job without complaints or excuses. I don’t have time for someone to tell me what they cannot do.. when I hire I want the job done right. Doug did excellent work, kept my wife informed on progress, respected our property and was excellent with cleaning up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are different so they should cost different ? 2 separate 1000SqFt patios of 4” concrete can be wildly apart in price if one needs lots of dirt work, is hard to access from where concrete truck can get etcetera! So I try to count the dozen different costs in each job and apply modest profit, rather work every day at fair wage than 1 day a week and way over price Custemor! I’ve learned many customers pay way over price In concrete jobs but I gotta look in mirror? Most jobs I compete for in this app I get because my pricing fair. Some contractors way undercut homeowners and screw job up and homeowner over , I’ve gone behind many to fix as well!
