- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of set ups available, so I can cover anything from a small intimate gathering to a large outdoor party. Pricing can be adjusted based on the amount of equipment that will be required to handle the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a client well before the event date, preferable at the venue where the event is being held. This allows me to go over their music preferences and special songs that would like played. This also gives me the opportunity to see where I will be setting up, where I can pull electricity from, and where I can load in equipment. Avoiding last minute surprises is key to a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay current with all music styles to ensure I am familiar with new music that is coming out. Acquiring many years of music knowledge, I am ready to handle anything from a child's birthday party to an adult's retirement party.
