Shawn and Aubrey were great to work with. They arrived in a timely manner, were very knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through different options for the electrical work needed. Although I wasn’t able to move forward with hiring them for this particular job, I appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and how well they communicated.
I know reviews are often based on completed work, so I can’t fully speak to the finished quality of a project, but based on their customer service, knowledge, and time management, I had a great experience. I will definitely keep them on my roster for future client projects.

Eric was great. He did a thorough job checking out my issue, and while he couldn't find the exact cause, he fixed what we both thought the issue was. As of now, no complaints. They were very fast getting out to me, which was crucial because I work from home. Will use them again in the future. TY!

Eric with Big Family electric was professional and knowledgeable, and able to diagnose an issue with our electrical system with ease! I cannot say enough good about him and this company. They were able to accommodate us by getting someone out the very next day to work around my husband's shift work schedule. Eric took the time to answer any questions we had and never seemed unwilling to explain things to us in detail. He was kind and personable but also very thorough. We will definitely use this company again for all our future electrical needs and concerns.

I had an issue that needed to be addressed promptly and BIG was able to send someone out early the next day. Eric got there early and got straight to work. Gave me my quote and also a quote for a few other things that weren't up to par. I opted for only the work requested and it was finished in a super timely manner and very neatly. Great job.
