I am available weekends and weekdays after 12 p.m. I can come train you in your home or at your work. If you prefer a gym setting, I can train you at Snap Fitness for no additional charge.
Weight loss and strength training are my specialties. I also offer speed and agility training and muscle building training, as well as other modalities of health and fitness.

Sessions range from $20 to $50/hour. Bootcamps/group circuit training are available by request for a three-person minimum.
