In addition to design and production services, I will also manage vendor services for clients in some cases. These can include printing, direct mail facilitation, web hosting providers, web content management services, trade show display companies, copy writing, market research and other vendors related to marketing collateral production and distribution. In most cases these services are billed back to the client at cost with an additional fee for project management hours for StudioZ. In some cases clients are requested to pay vendors directly. My rates are $75/hour with a one hour minimum. For projects of larger scope, I provide estimates and flat rates on a per project basis. New clients are asked to pay on delivery and, depending on the size of the project, may also be asked to pay a deposit of 25-50% in advance. After a relationship has been established, credit will be extended on a 10-, 15- or 30-day net basis depending on the scope and frequency of work to be completed.
