Rich was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our request and gave us a very reasonable quote for flooring. He educated us on flooring types and walked us through purchasing engineered hardwood. He went above and beyond with removing carpet and laminate and even though he ran into problems removing the carpet he did not charges us extra. He kept the work site tidy and took great pride in his workmanship. He even ended up painting a difficult stairwell for us. I felt safe having him in our home. The floors are so beautiful as well as the new floor boards. Do not hesitate in hiring Rich!

Rich was very easy to work with and provided a lot of helpful insights gained from his many years of renovation work. When things didn’t go as planned and we had to order different flooring, he didn’t even charge me for the half a day he was initially there. Once better flooring materials arrived a week later, he worked hard to make sure our floors were done quickly! He worked with me on figuring out different fixes and never nickeled and dimed.
