Rich did so much an amazing job on our duplex LVP installation. He was very professional and talked me through everything. Before I hired Rich, I was overwhelmed by the project but Rich walked me through the entire process and did a wonderful job. I plan on hiring him again for our stairs in the near future. Rich was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our request and gave us a very reasonable quote for flooring. He educated us on flooring types and walked us through purchasing engineered hardwood. He went above and beyond with removing carpet and laminate and even though he ran into problems removing the carpet he did not charges us extra. He kept the work site tidy and took great pride in his workmanship. He even ended up painting a difficult stairwell for us. I felt safe having him in our home. The floors are so beautiful as well as the new floor boards. Do not hesitate in hiring Rich!
