He showed up with a truck that displayed his logo, he was dressed like a service tech and came right in and got to work. He started at 815am and completed by 9am. I had heat after not having heat for months and after he trouble shoot the issue it was a simple fix. The invoice amount was surprisingly reasonable, he is not out to rob people. I gave him more than he invoiced and he tried to give me the difference back, I told him it was a tip, I meant to give him the amount I gave him. This also showed me he is a man of morales and integrity. I really appreciate him for getting the job done and warming my house up."See more

They gave me a time when they would be arriving, were true to that , were willing to come out on the Saturday before Labor Day, when all others couldn't, had thought about my clothes dryer's issue, and set to work right away. They even had the correct replacement part already! Mr. Drew and his partner, Gabriel, showed me before and after pictures, the affected part (unbelievable how much lint was surrounding the inner part--I escaped having a fire occur!) , gave me an itemized listing of expenses , and accepted various forms of payment. They had excellent manners, and were extremely professional. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use their expertise at repairing and maintaining many more appliance and house issues that may crop up in the future! Mary Portier"See more

I’ve used him for numerous jobs from fixing my walk-in freezer, air conditioner problems, leaking AC resulting in a huge hole in my ceiling that he also replaced, thermostats on my equipment, Lighting/minor electrical, AC maintenance, and also helped with my anal system(fire suppression). He doesn’t charge a fortune allowing me to get more things fixed. He’s very friendly and if he is uncertain how to do something he’ll either figure it out or contract out to get the job done.
