I offer complimentary consultations so clients can get to know me first and work diligently to make sure each client achieves the results they want. I offer flexible payment schedules as well to make this more attainable. Home Staging: I work with realtors and sellers to prepare their listings to sell as quickly as possible. Staged homes sell 88% faster and for 20% more than non-staged homes (Realtor). I also offer flexible payment schedules to make this service more feasible to everyone. Only a portion of the fee is due up front and the rest is due at closing or the end of the 60-day contract period (whichever comes first). I look forward to working with you!
