What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The travel fee may fluctuate depending on distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond immediately, and will confirm key details such as time, location, documents to be signed and if all parties signing will be present with proper ID. Then will confirm price and acceptable forms of payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my paralegal certification from LSU, and have been working as a paralegal for 17 years. After taking a notary class, and passing the exam, I became a notary in 2020 as well as a certified loan signing agent. I am an active member of the Louisiana Notary Association, and take continuing education courses through the LNA.
