- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical Process: 1. Consultation with client to ascertain their needs and desires through effective communication skills. 2. Accept a 50% deposit to engage the contract between Simplicated and the client. 3. Present the client with concepts or specific requests. Initial concepts are entitled to three revisions. 4. Finalize artwork with client's approval. 5. Receive 50% balance. 6. Send deliverables to client electronically to client. 7. Verify receipt of deliverables.

It is imperative that we stay abreast of the newest trends in graphic design, marketing, advertising and social media apps. This allows us to provide current insight to our clients.
