Work quality was excellent and great value so have no complaints there. The only reason I did not give five stars was due to communication as to reasons for delays. While I handle finances and house repairs for my mother (who has dementia), my sister is the one there full time and has to balance effort between getting mom to and from the center and doing what work she can to earn an income so keeping in communication regarding her availability for him to come and do the work and her being aware if he’d come so she could be sure to be present was key to moving forward with the job. I found myself having to be the one proactive to call and email versus there being courtesy calls or emails to apprise us when work could/couldn’t get done. Delays weren’t the issue since they were primarily due to the cold but communication about them and when work could continue was the issue. Glad it all got done though and was pleased with the outcome.
