- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing. All time/labor, taxes, fuel costs, processing, standard disposal fees and first 7 days included. Additional days $15/day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take down their contact info. Determine scale and timeframe of their project and work with them to provide the best solution to meet their project scope/needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience operating heavy equipment, moving large items and providing customer service in the United States Air Force. We also have 15+years of managing and building our own investment and personal properties.
