FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Dreamy Escapes and Beyond, we work hard to secure the best value for your trip. Travel package prices are based on several factors: Seasonality – Peak seasons (summer, holidays, spring break) tend to be higher in price compared to off-peak times. Destination & Duration – Different regions and trip lengths will vary in cost depending on demand and availability. Accommodations & Services – Resorts, villas, cruises, and tours all price differently depending on luxury level and included amenities. Airfare & Transportation – Flight class (basic, economy, business) and ground transportation options (SUV rentals, shuttles, private transfers) affect final pricing. We provide transparent quotes so you know exactly what is included in your package. Discounts Dreamy Escapes and Beyond passes along special discounts whenever possible, including: Group Discounts – Savings for larger parties traveling together. Early Booking Discounts – Lower rates when booking far in advance. Last-Minute Deals – Special offers available close to departure. Supplier Promotions – Cruise lines, resorts, and airlines often run limited-time offers that we can apply to your package. Loyalty & Referral Savings – Returning clients or those who refer friends may receive additional perks or credits. Fees As part of providing expert planning and seamless travel support, certain fees may apply: Planning Fee – Covers personalized itinerary research and booking management. Change or Cancellation Fees – Charged by airlines, resorts, or tour operators if plans are modified after booking. Service Fees – May apply for specialized services such as expedited documentation, concierge add-ons, or after-hours support. These fees will always be disclosed upfront, so there are no surprises.
