- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing fluctuates per the need of the customer, really depends on what the customer requests. We cater do your specific event and if you're on a budget we can assist in making your event a true success
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out as much information from the customer as possible, to find out their exact needs for their function. If they need something specific, we will do our absolute best to provide the requested service for the event. We realize no matter how small or large your event is, it's important, special and sometimes very stressful to the host. We thrive on taking the stress out of your important event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my 25 years I've work in every aspect of the restaurant business from bartending, waiter, catering, manager, cook and owner. We've catered many events and can fulfill almost any request, because of our years of experience.
