Introduction: Most of us are our own worst enemy. If this statement resonates with you, I may be able to help you. I need you to tell me if I can help you go from surviving day to day, or even moment to moment to THRIVING in your life, which I can do if you answer one question. If you are ready to learn new ways of thinking, I can help you. I can help you identify your current coping skills, determine if they are currently serving you, and as necessary, learn new, more adaptive ways of coping. My mentor, Wayne Dyer often said, "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." Life is short, and we have a limited amount of time to learn how we can live our best lives. My clients are my top priority and assisting people find ways to elevate their quality of life is what brings me great joy.
