Introduction: I am a hands-on owner with 18 years experience in carpentry and contracting. I specialize in windows and doors, decks, fences,roofing, sheetrock, painting, flooring, finish carpentry and kitchen and bathroom remodels.
I am a carpenter with residential and commercial contracting experience, so I can manage crews to do larger projects. For smaller jobs I can come in and do almost anything in a home myself.
Tile - floors, counter tops, vanity tops, backsplashes, tub surrounds and just about anything you could think to tile!
Interior finishes - sheet rock, hanging, taping, sanding, texturing, painting, staining, and cabinet re-finishing.
Flooring - hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, tile, ceramic and natural stone, and carpets.
Roofing- residential or commercial, three tab or architectural asphalt shingles.
Tin roofs of any pitch and flat roofs also.
Fences - wooden or composite, chainlink, prefab or custom. Custom gates.
Sheds and barns - prefab assembly or custom design, wood framed, vinyl, steel/tin.
Decks and porches - treated, cedar and cypress, composite, stone decking, arbors, gazebos, carports, aluminum and wood room systems, and patio covers.
Tree houses - custom built tree houses, tin roof, shingled roof, stairs or lifts,
Exterior finishes - vinyl siding, foam backed vinyl siding, cement board siding, wood siding, facia and sofit (wood or vinyl).
Painting - Interior, exterior, baseboard, crown molding, facia, sofit, decks, patio, floors, concrete, brick, cabinets, ( Staining/painting), doors, porch posts,
Windows and doors - vinyl replacement windows, window treatments, shades and blinds, shutters (functional or faux), sliding patio doors, french doors, entry doors (wood or fiberglass), storm and screen doors, exterior door re-finishing,
sill and trim replacement (interior and exterior), new construction windows and doors.
Honey-do lists - power washing, painting, loose trim, change ceiling fans, seasonal maintenance around house, change door knobs, change vent covers, change cabinet pulls and knobs, change toilets, change faucets (vanity or kitchen/laundry).

Bill has done a couple odd jobs for me, including vinyl siding replacement, wooden fence work, and exterior door replacement. He was very nice and courteous, and was always good about a projected time of arrival and completion (not to mention more than fair prices). He was especially helpful in two instances where I needed work done almost immediately due to personal circumstances associated with my work. While I don't have any planned jobs currently left for Mr. Buchert to do, he'll definitely be the 1st person I call the next time I need some work done.

Mr. Buchert did an array of handyman jobs on my home. These included hanging a light fixture, painting, caulking and cement repair. His work was impeccable and he worked highly productive in order to accomplish a lot of tasks for the time span he was there. He was very quick to respond to my request for help and arrived at the appointed time. His work was neat and professional and he was pleasant to do business with. He also followed up days later to see if all was to my satisfaction. I will definitely hire him again.
