- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 10% Military Discount and if you’re over the age of 55 I also give a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically speak to my customer over the phone. I ask them details about where the junk is located, how much, and I get as many details as I can. I listen to my customers needs. I always ask my customers if they have any questions for me. I have them send me pictures as well. After that I give them the best price. Me and my customers both come up with a date and time that works best for both myself and my customer. I always call before I’m headed to their location so my customer knows I’m headed their way. I always like to stay in touch with my customers from the time they first call me until the jobs done. After the jobs done I ask my customer if my services met their needs and if they are satisfied.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend calling multiple companies and not necessarily going with the cheapest one but the one who understands your specific situation and needs. I would also recommend going for quality instead of quantity. Look at the reviews of the company or professional as well.
