My wife found ECI and he came and visted with us and just happened to have an opening the next week to work us in. Now i should have listened closer when he was with us because he told us up front but he did not have the patience to put back the shoe molding. Because it is obvious to me he did not take his time when doing our floors. There are missed areas in corners but still missed un even parts in tge floor. Again my oppionion as th customer he rushed or is just not very detailed in his work. Overal the floor will work and looks okay and the color turned out great. Except in one area where i asked him to go darker and it is still light. Everyone else was telling us they were backlogged and it would be 3-4 weeks or longer. So we jumped on this. Got everything moved he is in on Tuesday and finishes friday afternoon he says okay don't walk on it tonight but in the morning you should be good to go. No way it was tacky for 6 days before it finally dryed. I don't care why. All i care is that we had to call him he did not call us once to follow up with us, unless we called first. So we are living with at. I finally applied some wax and it is looking better. Knowing what i know now i can not recommend eci to anyone. He did an average job at best got paid and he was basically done. No follow up even two weeks later just a call how are your floors etc.
