All was fine and completely professional until they didn't show up for the agreed upon time, and then didn't respond to attempts to contact.
I work nights and sleep days, so waiting around through the morning until nearly midday only to be ghosted not only cost me a decent night's sleep, but the job is still undone and now I have to find another service to take care of a time sensitive job.
I'm sure they would probably do a decent job, the work isn't really rocket science, but the question is whether or not they'll show up on time, or at all, because they didn't for me.
