I don't think I can say enough great things about Luke and his crew! Luke came out on a Sunday evening to give me a quote. He advised on flooring options, and gave me a very reasonable installation quote. After I ordered my flooring, and scheduled the job, Luke offered to go pick up the flooring for me, which saved me a delivery fee from the flooring company. Luke communicated constantly and promptly throughout the whole process, including when he arrived to pick up the flooring (prior to the warehouse opening) and when he was on his way to my house. He and his team did a fantastic job on the install. They forget to eat lunch , and only took a ten minute break to eat when remembered. They were able to complete the entire job in 1 day which included: removing carpet, installing 850 feet of LVP, and cleaning up.

I hired Frederick's Flooring to remove existing ceramic tile and hardwood floors in my University Hills house and to replace with engineered wood flooring. They did a fantastic job - they even recommended the specific flooring that we ended up choosing from ProSource. Outstanding communication throughout the process. Very professional and the finished product was transformative - way beyond our expectations. I give Frederick's Flooring my highest recommendation!

I hired Fredrick Flooring to demo my apartments wood flooring that were glued in. They answered within 3 minutes of messaging them on Thumbtack and had to date to start within 30 minutes of talking. I initially hired them for only removing the wood floor out, but after watching the team work hard and their professionalism with tearing the wood out within one work day. They had to but the new wood down because of how great and efficient of a job they had done, that I was going to do until I saw their great work. I 100% recommended them to any and everybody that needs flooring done 10/10

I was totally unfamiliar with laminate flooring, but I had just bought a condo that had it in living areas. Old yucky carpet was in both bedrooms, walk-in closets and even part of both baths. The carpeting HAD to go. I was blessed to find Luke and his company, Frederick’s Flooring! He did an amazing job of finding an almost perfect match for my 35-year old flooring. I did nothing. Luke did it all--secured all flooring supplies, installed painted shoe molding, moved all furniture and put back into place, and left my home and outside sawing area as clean, if not cleaner than when they arrived. His pricing was spot on too! AND he returns calls and text messages promptly! I so appreciated his and his staff's work.

Vinyl Plank, Laminate, Floating Wood Floors: $2 per sq ft. Glue Down Hardwood: $3 per sq ft. Ceramics and Porcelain Tile: $4 per sq ft. (Bathroom floors are a $500 minumum) Elongated Wood Look Tile: $4 per sq ft. Nail down wood floors: $3-5 per square ft. (Depending on the width) Demo Hardwood and Tile: $3.50per sq ft.
