$50 price estimate was not honored!!! $120 was CashAp to Trent Estell! I would never recommend your company to anyone. He was loud, arrogant, and very disrespectful.
THUMBTACK WAS A GRAVE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Whirlpool/ Maytag should screen their employees more carefully. My washer is still broken.

Hello Cherryl, your washer was accurately diagnosed and a quote was given to your husband on total cost of repair. It was not until you decided to take my diagnosis and threaten not to continue further with my services that you were charged 120 for 2 hours of diagnosis due to the various issues that were wrong with your washer. The full scope of the repair would have only cost you less than half of what the washer is worth. I thank your husband for honoring my time spent and completing payment.
