Introduction: My business has the ability to quickly repair, alter or custom design in a shorter time frame. Our family run business works out of our private residence in Hammond, LA, so we have to ability to handle 2 week turn around on most simple alterations. I enjoy seeing the smile on a client's face when I alter a favorite outfit to fit them just right!

At least take the time to get back to the person asking for your availability and help . I’m in need of someone to hem my wedding dress on 1/19/19 and I got absolutely no response. It’s sad to because apparently that have had high reviews

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All initial custom sewing consultation are free if conducted at my home. A one time $35 fee for all in-home consults including all measurements and custom sewing contracts. Once you decide to use Stitch In Tyme for your custom sewing job a contract will be signed with a deposit of $50-100 of the estimated total. A copy of all contracts and estimates will be sent out within 7 days to the stated email address on the contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started sewing when I was 8 years old, learning from my mother who was taught by her mother and grandmother. My Great Grandmother was a professional seamstress for MGM Studio's in CA.
