- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my packages are personalized. I do not have set pricing, it all depends on the subject matter and details of each shoot. I can create packages the are affordable for anyone!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is an email communication, then a phone meeting. If needed, we will have a sit down meeting or meeting at the shoot site prior to shoot date. After the shoot, depending on the extent of the shoot, it may take 2-4 weeks for editing and delivery*. Delivery can be shipped or hand delivered (depending on where the client lives). I try to keep all of my clients well informed of the process and time table. For my wedding clients, I set up an initial sit down meeting to discuss details then we will reconnect for 1-2 more meetings closer to the wedding date to tie up any loose ends. I do not charge extra for these meetings. The hours the you are quoted are for actual shoot time. This could include a dress shoot prior to the wedding, wedding shoot, group shots of the wedding party and family and reception and any combination of services. I try to give a discount to clients that choose to hire me for their engagement as well as their wedding. Ask about discount packaging. I only take one wedding per month and require a deposit to hold your date. My calendar fills up fast, so I suggest you book your date early.
