- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge competitive rates for residential service calls and troubleshooting issues. We charge a fee of $40 for an estimate. If we come out and you decide to hire us, the initial fee will be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial introduction I usually listen to your problems and concerns, I usually have a few questions in order to get a better idea of the problem we're facing. I then try to answer any questions the customer has to the best of my knowledge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had the pleasure of being trained by a 30+year master electrician and remained one of his coworkers for the following 16 years .I have worked in both commercial, residential and even industrial fields therefore there is no job i cant relate to.
