- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
as a member of empire Im back by their low price Garauntee. I can match any item Price if its apples to apples. Empire provides all inclusive pricing and provides a low price guarantee verses other flooring industries. Empire gives 3 major discounts. 1 being having a sign in your yard. the other is flexible install date. and the last is sign by the day of visitation. in addition, by working with me, I always add an additional valued customer discount on my behalf. just to give you a well worth price for you outstanding product
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
explaining empire. explaining how floors are sold. answering any and every question that may or may not regard me and my service. taking free measurements and giving free quotes with advice. and presenting all the products that empire offers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
empire today put me, as a sales rep, and the installers in rigorous training to insure we are all professionals and do every job to the utmost perfection. for me I endured a month of non stop training and exercises to master my expertise. then 2 months of on field learning and training.
