She entered the real estate business in 2006 when the housing market crashed and effected nearly half of the country. Faye Marie went on to partner with family and co-founded Rome Staffing & Diversity Recruiting, a full-service executive search firm. A true hunter by nature owning a grandiose rolodex filled with connections of C-suite executives, Managing Partners, healthcare professionals and more, her ability to connect with the right buyer is unparalleled.
